A glass room is the fastest way to add living space, a majlis or a dining area. The difference between a good one and an oven is the glazing itself: we use double glazing with a Low-E coating and thermally broken aluminium profiles, with cooling sized to the actual heat load. Without that, the room is unusable from May to September. **A glass room needs a permit and community approval in most developments.**
