The project was completed for a private villa for the client Khalaf Mohammed Khalaf in Umm Al Quwain, covering 450 m², combining five elements: a waterfall, planting beds, a pergola, ground-level seating, and artificial grass.
The challenge
The project combines five different elements in one space (450 m²) within just 30 days: the waterfall needed water and electrical lines, the planting beds needed separate soil and irrigation, the pergola needed footings, and the ground seating needed a prepared base — all of it had to be finished before the artificial grass was laid so nothing would be damaged after handover.
The solution
The electrical and water lines for the waterfall and planting beds went in first, followed by the pergola footings and the seating area base, with the artificial grass laid last so it would be delivered clean without damage from the other work.
